Лаборатория возобновляемых источников энергии

Область научных интересов: в области физики и технологии полупроводниковых фотопреобразовательных гетероструктур, в частности, свойств границ раздела, емкостной спектроскопии, технологии нанесения тонких пленок.

Образование

1999 Окончил с отличием Санкт-Петербургский государственный электротехнический университет «ЛЭТИ».
2002 Кандидат физико-математических наук по специальности 01.04.10 «Физика полупроводников».
2002-2006 Походил научную стажировку в Электротехнической лаборатории Парижа (Laboratoire de Génie Electrique de Paris CNRS) во Франции.
